We are Mary Ellen and Jimmy Halloran of Hampton, Connecticut, and we offer you only the best items produced, designed and created in Connecticut by local farmers, handcrafters and artists.

Once we conceived the idea for our online store of Connecticut products, we began looking for products that we thought our customers would appreciate and enjoy. We did not have to look far. We had a sense that we were surrounded by extremely talented neighbors, but we had no idea that we were about to uncover so wide a range of unique handcrafted gifts. In the process of working with our vendors to place their items on our online "shelves," they have become our friends.

You will find many unique gift ideas for everyone, whatever your budget. In fact, not many online stores offer such a wide range of items - handcrafted products ranging from art and skincare products to handcrafted writing instruments and pet supplies - with such personal attention. We don't just ship your items from a warehouse. Each is delivered to you with the greatest of care, straight from the person who made or processed it. You'll receive your baby quilt from Dawn of Willimantic and your sea glass book mark from Patty of Coventry. Your note cards will arrive from Melodye of Norwich, and your banksia nut wine bottle stopper will come from Skip of East Hampton.

The vendors whose works are offered here take pride in their specialties. We believe that their products are reasonably priced. If any appear to be expensive, it's because they're made of quality materials and are labor intensive. Many of our vendors sell their wares only at local fairs and farmers' markets.
